Naturopathic medicine uses many different tools to support the pillars of health and encourage the body to return to health. The focus of naturopathic medicine is on: Healthy food absorbed and eliminated properly. Proper hydration. Restful sleep. Appropriate exercise. Stress management. Herbal and nutritional supplements.
